Refund Policy
Consumers may cancel the purchase within 30 days and then have an additional 14 days to return the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. We recommend returning the order in its original packaging. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
Refund (if applicable)
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at hello@vfjewelers.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the gift credit will be issued to the purchaser, who will review your return.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Please notify us via email at hello@vfjewelers.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Shipping
You must notify us of the return via email within 14 days at hello@vfjewelers.com.

You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the return address is located in Europe.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
